I have to start by listing my absolute favourite coffee place in Berlin - Il Syndicato on Weinbergsweg. The espresso is 50 cents and the milchkaffe has just the right kind of creamy foam. Add a freshly baked piadina (italian wrap thing) to your coffe and you're good to go (check out the stores around Alte Schönhauser Str...).
